Support assist Every other option is almost grayed out and will not allow me to start any other scans. 23 Jun 2018 Solved: I have a Dell Inspiron 2020 Desktop running Windows 10 64-bit. You can always go to the Support page for your specific model and look for updated drivers etc, Then download the latest version of SA and install the new one.
